REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The Music Village in Cullowhee
- Please register as soon as possible so your child will have their materials on the first day of class!
- Registration and materials fees are due at the time of registration in order to reserve your child’s place in class. Tuition is due no later than the first day of class. All fees are nonrefundable.
- Please note that in order to receive the early bird discount, the class must be paid for in full by the early registration deadline.
- Each semester is 15 weeks. Village is now being taught in 15 week semesters also. Fall semester begins in August, and Spring semester begins in January.
- Classes will not meet the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s and Spring Break.
- Snow days will be made up at the end of the semester. The Music Village does not follow the school cancellations. If possible, there will be a message on the studio answering machine if classes are cancelled. If there is no message, and classes are cancelled, you will be called. Otherwise, please come on to class if you can!
- Summer classes are offered in a 5-week session during the month of July.
Discounts / Scholarships / Payment Plans
- $5 discount for early summer registration, $10 off for fall/spring (must be paid in full)
- $10 registration fee discount for each additional sibling ($5 for summer)
- $10 tuition discount for each additional sibling
- Materials discount for sibling in same class (call for information)
- $10 off your child’s tuition for each friend (new student) you sign up in any location and in any age group and $10 off for your friend's child
- There are a limited number of scholarships and alternative payment plans available through The Music Village.
- Special payment arrangements can be made for those who need them.
- A limited number of scholarships are available through Kindermusik International and the Jackson County Arts Council Grass Roots Program. Applications are accepted from May 15 - June 10 for the full year beginning in September.
